Job brief:
We are looking for a competent Account Executive to find business opportunities and manage customer relationships. Youll be directly responsible for the preservation and expansion of our customer base in the greater San Francisco area.
The ideal candidate will have talent in sales and experience in customer service within the Business Travel sector. We expect you to be a reliable professional, able to achieve balance between customer orientation and a results:driven approach.
The goal is to find opportunities and turn them in long:term profitable relationships based on trust and mutual satisfaction. This position reports into the U.S. Commercial Director.
Responsibilities:
:Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas
:Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
:Unearth new sales opportunities through networking, prospecting, and referrals, and turn them into long term partnerships
:Present Addison Lee value proposition to prospective clients
:Provide professional after:sales support to enhance the customers dedication
:Interface with all levels of the target organizations, Legal, Finance, Procurement, Travel Managers, and Travel bookers
:Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs
:Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the companys reputation
:Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
:Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting
Requirements:
:Proven experience as an Account Executive, or in other sales/customer service role within the Business Travel sector, i.e., having experience selling for a hotel, car rental, airline, or chauffeured transportation company is preferred
:Knowledge of San Francisco Business Travel sector and their respective customers in Finance, Tech, Bio/Medical, Legal, and Consulting verticals
:Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software (i.e., Salesforce) is a plus
:Excellent
communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
:Excellent written communication skills
:Organizational and time:management skills
:Enthusiastic and passionate, a sense of urgency to get things done
:BS or BA in business administration, sales or marketing preferred
:Be able to work out of our office in South San Francisco office
