Position: Manager, Supply Chain Strategy
Location: Sephora Field Support Center (FSC) : San Francisco

Your role at Sephora: Optimize the Sephora Supply Chain by identifying opportunities, developing solutions, delivering business analytics and improving our processes to operate efficiently and in support of our strategic goals.
As a Manager of Supply Chain Strategy, you will maintain direct, hands:on involvement in projects, systems, analysis, and executive level communications to improve operational efficiency and support company objectives. Reporting to the Senior Director of Supply Chain Strategy, you will be applying your experience and analytical skills to become a highly valued, cross:functional business partner to challenge the status quo.
In addition, you will:
:Drive strategic planning process for supply chain, create and update current strategies and facilitate there implementation
:Advise team on future needs that should be incorporated into Sephoras long term growth plans.
:Provide analytical and data mining support to the supply chain organization in support of business objectives.
:Provide supply chain expertise to improve business processes and performance.
:Support strategic initiatives to drive sales and improve inventory efficiencies.
:Support the development and training of user based systems and tools.
:Liaison with IT team to facilitate communications, assist with issue resolution and document system requirements and design needs.

:10+ years Supply Chain experience
:Strong numbers aptitude; able to compile statistical reports
:Strong organizational and time/task management skills
:Ability to successfully work across multiple levels of an organization
:Clear and concise written, verbal, and presentation skills
:Advanced technical skills : MS Office (specifically Excel, Access), SQL, AS400 experience a plus
