The Manager, Product& Technology for Digital Operations acts as an advocate within thebrand for operational effectiveness. Thisincludes defining & refining processes & procedures for deliveringproduct to site while driving flawless execution across teams and standing foroperational excellence. Is the brand POC for high severity tracking &resolution, partnering with technical teams to define site & toolenhancements. Builds strongrelationships with functional leads to drive change to business process withintheir teams. Owns the development &optimization of all aspects of the seasonal product pipeline by division &market. Advises direct report(s) onevaluation of site and tool issues, partnering with technical teams forresolution and escalates to management when needed. Collaborates with cross functional teams as asubject matter expert in our tools to ensure product & category sortreadiness in support of major marketing campaigns. Serves as liaison andtechnical consultant to the brand for digital innovation and platformoptimization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Partner with members of cross-functional and central teams for driving operational excellence throughout the organization.

* Brand POC for implementation of Omni-channel enhancements.

* Serve as brand Project Manager to deploy website and tool enhancements and/or bug fixes. Work with central teams to define business requirements.

* Continually assess business processes for effectiveness and improvement. Work with Senior Manager to drive and implement change.

* Evaluate competing requests with sound perspective and a solid business case to negotiate priorities and resources appropriately on behalf of the project working group.

* Drive operational excellence throughout product set up milestones in partnership with Buying leads for timely & flawless execution.

* Develop communication, training, and processes related to future functional enhancements and releases to the site.

* Work closely with the Inovation team to support special projects from the technical standpoint.

* Drive results through direct reports as first line of support to cross-functional teams when website and tool issues occur. When needed, work with GapTech Service Level Management and other partners to facilitate resolution and communicate updates to brand teams.

* Serve as additional after hours support to troubleshoot site/tool issues to mitigate business impact. Escalate to senior management as needed.

* Provide coaching and guidance to direct report in development opportunities and career goals.

Qualifications:

* Demonstrated ability to influence and facilitate project work among cross-functional and cross-branded teams.

* Technical acumen to act as a liaison between business and technical resources for troubleshooting and driving for root cause resolution.

* Highly process-oriented with superior skills in defining operational processes for a project, team and broader organization.

* Ability to grasp complexity quickly and drive results while juggling many priorities within tight timeframes

* Strong knowledge of web production and e-commerce release processes, including direct experience with website tools and technologies.

* Excellent oral, written communication andinterpersonal skills to effectively work with all levels of the organization.

* Demonstrated experience in people management.

* Self-motivated and driven. Ability to work well independently and within a group setting.

* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

* 4 years of detailed task planning and execution experience

* 3-4 years of online experience

* 1-2 years of supervisor/management experience
