The Manager, Field Recognition and Celebration owns and manages the strategic execution of \"non-gifting\" recognition at Rodan + Fields designed to celebrate success and inspire future achievement. The Manager will report to the Director of Field Recognition and Leadership Programs and serve as a critical member of the fun, dynamic and fast-paced Programs and Recognition team that celebrates and motivates a field of 200,000+ Independent Consultants. The right candidate is a creative, innovative self-starter with the ability to execute big picture ideas. This individual should have a strong brand, marketing and project management background, be able to proactivity anticipate project needs, delegate appropriately, balance shifting priorities and manage overlapping timelines to meet deliverables.

A successful candidate will be proactive, creative, independent, resourceful and able to handle multiple tasks and priorities. We are looking for a motivated individual who has a passion for recognition and understands the importance of getting details right and has the ability to work in a collaborative setting.

The Manager, Field Recognition and Celebration will lead a team responsible for:

* Creating and Executing digital campaigns aimed at recognizing and celebrating Consultants early in their R+F Journey

* Developing recognition and celebration strategy for www.randfjourney.com

* Working cross functionally to develop and launch a cohesive social shareable campaign

* Developing and executing annual Convention Recognition Strategy

* Partnering with Virtual team to develop and execute recognition strategy for the R+F Virtual Platform

* Ensure all new and existing programs are aligned with overall recognition strategy and brand guidelines across all marketing channels including digital, physical, social, video and e-mail communication

* Collaborating with the Field Communications and Field Marketing teams to engage the field with compelling campaigns driving key behaviors.

* Acting as a cross-functional partner with the Field Programs team in collaboration on recognition for new program development

* Oversee the timely management of promotional recognition materials including maintenance of recognition program flyer updates, writing and approval of targeted e-mail communications and weekly newsletter articles

* Lead and Inspire Program Recognition team to deliver great results. Successfully, hire, onboard, coach and train new recognition team members as necessary.

Are you right for us?

Are you willing to roll up your sleeves for hands-on involvement in the execution of critical programs? Does your skill set include:

* 6 8 years in a related field including marketing management, marketing campaign, or program management (direct sales experience a plus, but not required)

* Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence without authority and natural propensity for leadership

* Recognition and incentive program knowledge, along with a passion for rewarding achievements and recognizing success

* Strong verbal and written communication skills

* Highly self-motivated and directed with experience working in a fast paced, team-oriented, collaborative environment while maintaining a positive attitude

* Excellent attention to detail, ability to work independently, strong organizational and interpersonal skills

* Ability to manage a team executing many overlapping initiatives while meeting tight deadlines in a rapidly changing work environment

* BA/BS or equivalent

* Travel 5-10% to manage onsite event logistics as related to recognition
