Position Summary

Provides legal administrative support to litigation and regulatory casemanagement, subpoena administration, the Qualified Domestic RelationsOrders program, and contract management within PG&E's Legal Department.Composes, edits, and proofreads pleadings, testimonies, memoranda,correspondence, reports, and various other documents for attorneys,federal, state, and local courts, and regulatory agencies andcommissions. Records and monitors the docket schedule of courtappearance dates, pleadings, cases, and postponements for attorneys.

Bachelors Degree in job-related discipline or equivalent experience


Experience as Paralegal, or related, 3 yearsCP-Certified Paralegal certification
