To drive dedication, advocacy and preference among customers and brokers, Prologis is investing in a comprehensive brand and customer experience program. The Vice President, Customer Experience Strategy and Delivery will concept, define, design and deliver significant, compelling and differentiated experiences for customers and brokers. The team is lean, so this role's responsibilities range from big picture thinking to detailed analysis, planning and tactical execution.
:Envision, define and deliver relevant and differentiating customer experiences, from research through business case, concept, pilot, roll:out and metrics
:Work autonomously with limited oversight while collaborating across functions and around the globe
:Complete research and analyze data to develop and/or support hypotheses and recommendations, both of which should be grounded in fact
:Define critical path and project plans, including budgets, timelines, risks, etc.
:Effectively and persuasively convey ideas, insights and recommendations in team discussions, executive presentations, documents and spreadsheets
:Use prototyping and other testing techniques to vet:out ideas
:Manage contractors and agencies as needed
:Develop and maintain project documentation, including requirements, strategies, plans, timelines, budgets, information architecture and more
:Define measurement strategies and tactics, then measure the effectiveness of individual projects using techniques that include but are not limited to, data:mining, response rates, VOC:/h2:Required Skills:/h2:
:Bachelor or Master's degree in Human Factors in Information Design, Human Centered Design, Marketing, Business or related field
:10:years substantial experience in customer experience, product strategy and delivery, or marketing
:Consistent record of success in product/experience strategy and delivery
:Experience identifying and designing products and experiences based on customer needs.
:Ability to translate product requirements into wireframes or mockups for research and feedback purposes
:Demonstrated capacity for fast, nimble critical thinking
:Self: directed and motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team
:Ability to navigate a complex global organization to secure resources, information and consensus through perseverance, personal initiative, drive and conviction
:Critical thinker with validated analytical skills and the ability to translate research/data into actionable plans
:Uncommon written and verbal interpersonal skills; ability to convey information clearly and simply through all media at all levels
:Strong social and implementation skills
